By registering for and using iGaming Builder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

iGaming Builder provides a web-based platform for creating, hosting, and managing landing pages specifically designed for the iGaming and affiliate marketing industry. We provide tools for design, hosting, and traffic filtering.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Currency: All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).
  • Subscriptions: Services are provided on a subscription basis (Daily, Monthly, or Yearly). Access is granted immediately after transaction confirmation.
  • Refunds: Generally, payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product. Exceptions are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Phishing, fraud, or stealing user data (credentials, credit cards).
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Hosting illegal content unrelated to the iGaming/Affiliate niche (e.g., terrorism, child exploitation).
  • Attacking the Service infrastructure (DDoS, scanning, hacking).

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

  • We are not responsible for the blocking of your advertising accounts (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or ROI.
  • We are not liable for any lost profits or data resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates and tools provided by the Service are the property of iGaming Builder. You retain ownership of the unique content (text, images) you upload to your landing pages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
