Refund Policy

1. General Rule: No Refunds
iGaming Builder provides access to digital software (SaaS). Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to templates and tools upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have immediate access to the service, and you waive your right to a cooling-off period.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund request at our sole discretion only under the following specific circumstances:
- Double Payment: You accidentally paid for the same subscription plan twice within a short period.
- Technical Failure: The Service was completely inaccessible or non-functional for more than 24 hours due to an error on our side, and our support team failed to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We strictly do not provide refunds for:
- Change of Mind: You decided you no longer need the software.
- Ad Bans: Your advertising accounts (Facebook, Google, TikTok) were banned. We provide tools for cloaking, but we do not guarantee the decisions of third-party moderation algorithms.
- Low ROI: Your marketing campaigns did not generate the expected profit.
- User Error: You sent cryptocurrency to the wrong address or used the wrong network (not TRC20).
4. Cryptocurrency Refunds
Since all payments are made in USDT (TRC20), any approved refunds will be processed in the same currency.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Network Fees: The transaction fee (gas fee) for sending the refund back to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, please contact our support team via Telegram within 24 hours of the payment.
You must provide:
- Your account email.
- The transaction hash (TXID) of your payment.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
